What Social Media Platforms do you recommend I be on?

Every business is different, which means we don’t take a cookie-cutter approach when it comes to your Social Media needs. Our team will sit down with you during your consult call to determine your business goals, learn more about your targeted audience, and determine what platforms will best suit you. The most popular platforms our clients tend to have the heaviest presence on are Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, and TikTok.

How many times per week should I be posting?

Our packages start at a minimum of 3 posts per week when it comes to Organic Social Media Management. However, the more you post, the more frequently your audience will be exposed to your content. We’ll sit down with you to determine your Social Media goals and the frequency you should be posting that makes the most sense for your business.

How do you determine social media success?

At the end of each month, our team sends you a customized report of your Social Media performance. This breaks down engagement, audience growth, impressions, reach, and more to ensure our team is constantly pushing content that your audience resonates with the most!

How do you determine ad spend budgets?

We use data from our first months of advertising with our new clients to determine exactly how much they’re spending to see a new client in your office, as well as how much they’re spending to get a committed new client signed on.

We can then make predictions on how many bookings our clients will see in office with the budget we set together. In our first months together, we spend your budget conservatively as we make data-driven decisions on where to best use that budget. We typically suggest raising budgets incrementally as long as your leads are trending up each month. We will occasionally suggest lowering budgets during times such as the holidays.

How do you determine advertising success?

Advertising success for our clients is determined on a case-to-case basis. We sit down with you to discuss your goals and how many new patients you want to see in your office, and then, we go to work making that dream a reality!

We’ve had multiple clients ask us to stop advertising because they couldn’t keep up with all the new clients we bring them!

On average we bring a predicted $24,000 of additional revenue to the businesses we work with each month and we currently have a 94% retention rate.

What platforms should I be advertising on?
